Laser cutting
Our laser machine makes us competitive and efficient in the market thanks to its flexibility and high-quality processing method. The machine cuts formats up to 3000 x 1500 mm, max 20 mm in carbon steel and 15 mm in stainless steel
Laser technology is successfully used for serial and one-off production of a part for many different products. The technology offers incredible possibilities in terms of design, capacity and material selection, laser technology is also capable of cutting shapes and forms that no other method could achieve.

Edge bending
Bending is carried out in machines with working pressure up to 300 tons max length 4 m.
For larger series, bending takes place in automated facilities at the sister factory Preform in Laxå.

Welding is done both manually and with a welding robot.
