Environment
At AMLO Group AB, the environment is an important part of our business. We take into account the environmental impact of our products when purchasing and we want our partners to share our view on the environment. We work continuously to make our operations more environmentally friendly.
All AMLO Group operations must be committed to and aware of our overall environmental work. We attach great importance to making it easy to work with the environment in our operations. We are constantly striving to make all our procedures even more environmentally friendly. Our quality system contains all the information on how each employee should deal with different situations that may arise from an environmental point of view, which is part of how we work easily with our environmental vision.
Our operations must therefore be certified in accordance with ISO14001. See under each activity.
Environmental policy
We work with advanced sheet metal processing and manufacture products according to customer specifications. Our activities must be characterized in all aspects by a pronounced consideration for the environment and an effort to minimize the environmental impact.
- We will monitor and comply with applicable environmental legislation for the business, and have a constructive dialog with environmental and regulatory authorities.
- By constantly improving and developing our production from an environmental perspective, we contribute to the long-term positive environmental development of our society.
- Emissions to air, soil and water shall be monitored and minimized.
- We will strive to reduce energy consumption in the form of electricity, gas and water.
- We will strive to minimize waste and residues and dispose of them primarily through reuse and recycling.
- When purchasing, we must take into account the environmental impact of the product in production and use.
- All employees should be aware of our environmental policy and actively work to put it into practice in their daily work.
To live up to this, we must therefore:
- have knowledge of, and comply with, applicable legislation.
- meet the requirements of EN ISO 14001
- establish, monitor and report on appropriate environmental objectives for the activity.
- choose suppliers who share our environmental vision
- communicate and develop our environmental approach both internally and externally.
Quality
We always want to offer the best quality of our products. Prevention is of paramount importance to us, as is ensuring that all staff have the right knowledge and information to improve their work. Checks are carried out throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality. This control is carried out on all articles as well as on prototypes and series production, just so that we can maintain a high and consistent level of quality.
We aim to have our operations certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other required certifications such as ISO 1090, ISO 3834 where there are customer requirements. Certifications for each activity are shown under each activity.
Quality policy
Our businesses work in advanced sheet metal processing and manufacture sheet metal products to customer specifications. The basis of our competitive strength is the right quality of our products and services, which is also an issue for future cooperation opportunities and expansion of our customer platform.
