Punching is a method of making holes in relatively thin material. The method involves pushing a tool (punch) with the desired shape of the hole through the material under counter-holding pressure from a cushion. The punch and pad have ground edges with the same contour as the punched object. The method should ensure that no breakage can occur around the cut surface<\/p>\n

Our punching machine provides a very high process speed and the processing time is very short. The machine offers extremely fast punching and the possibility to shape, thread or perform some bending. Material thickness processed is up to 4 mm in stainless steel and up to 8 mm in carbon steel and aluminium.<\/p>\n

Edge pressing is the method mainly used when forming sheet metal parts, as this technique is designed specifically for thin metals.
